I don't erxpect a railroad watch to be pristine, it was intended for hard wear, but I do expect a Patek or other luxury watch to be clean and crisp as do most colectors.
It is tiffany and co signed. It has the Geneva seal inside stamped twice! Something only approved watch makers could obtain. Patek still uses this stamp today on their watches. It would have been made during late 1800s or early 1900s. It has a very unique outter case of diamonds and rubies. Made in platinum.

The watch is about as pretty as it can be for being about 130 tears old. There is a few scratches by the lip to open the back of the case. I am finding it very hard to get more information about the watch.
